It was very Professional. They took their time to listen. I felt conformable speaking to the person interview me. They asked related questions and didn't make me feel less then just because I didn't answer in the way expected.

I was interviewed and tested for almost 3 hours and I was not offered the position. Why waste so much of someone's time if you have no intention of hiring them?
