My interview with hiring manager was outdoors, sitting on a bench close to the trees. It was a comfortable experience that helped me feel more confident in myself and helped the interaction with the interviewer. Right after this one, I got another one indoors with a coworker, a little bit more formal/standard. He basically explained the details of the position and talked about the culture of the organization. Both interviewers made those behavioral questions Alcon require (always the hardest ones), but focused the interview in evaluating my background and how it could fit in the picture. A few days later I get a final meeting two global department heads evaluating my background and how it fitted in the group/company culture. After this second time I saw Alcon people, about 2 weeks later I got an offer that I accepted.
