The process was smooth and rapidly arranged. I interviewed bunch of peoples. The attitude of interviewers were neutral. It also seemed that some of them, are not very skilled on topic they interviewed me. I got very positive feedback based on my first interview. Though, I have a good six sense and I already could feel that some did not like me . Anyway I got on site interview and plane ticket and taxi was arranged smoothly. I did a presentation at site which seemingly went well. However based on type of questions I got, I felt that some are not very familiar with the topic. One of employee with similar background to me also had hinted me most people there are not very skilled in my background subject. I also could feel that the some did not like me ( may be wrong, just gut feeling and perception based on body language). The manager looked a bit bossy though. I was told they will let me know in two weeks on outcome. But they ghosted. After one month, I reached my contact recruiter at company and she was told me I am not getting an offer. She apologized for not reaching me. Surprisingly no reason explained. This was one of my best interviews and I had many experiences in that area. But any way it was pity. I remained curious why I was not selected.

30 mins phone screening call with 5 people and then full day 8 hours online interview for the position with 10 people. Extensive but people were nice. Hired internal candidate after making me wait for 4 weeks.
