I applied in late January 2023 and got a phone call in less than three weeks. The recruiter was so kind and once. She set an interview so quickly and I met three scientists. Questions were only about technical points, rheology, and my expertise. I have heard back from them after more than a month and they nicely told me on the phone that I am not selected. That was my first interview ever, and could not expect high. But I can tell that they were so professional and were responding so well about the process and did not just forget my application like many other positions. I appreciate their time and effort and wish every corporation would have treated their applicant like Alcon.
