The interview questions were based on the resume 1. Introduce yourself 2. Interviewer introduced themselves 3.What at Alcon interests you? 4. What skills will you bring to the team and how it will help.
The interview process consists of a 20 minute online session, primarily focused on introductory questions such as “Tell me about yourself,” where candidates share their background, experiences, and key skills.

2 rounds
Initial round is just phone screening. If you are eligible you will get mail within half hour for next round
next round was setup after 1 week with 3 interviewer. They are expecting you to cover all resume when they ask question. Interview is not much hard but they test your behavior. Try to give answers on situation basis related to your work experience in resume
While working if somebody calls you for another work what you will do ? you will complete your work first and then help them or you will just start helping them ? why ?

La entrevista fué en modalidad virtual con la manager del puesto. Me hicieron un par de preguntas típicas y unas cuantas preguntas acerca de conocimientos técnicos. Finalmente te hacen una descripción breve del puesto.
