*About 2 months of waiting the hear back after 1st round* I applied for the job online as it was a maternity leave opportunity that needed to be filled (Canada). After two weeks, I received a phone interview request from HR which consisted of straightforward screening questions. It went well, but for the next 6-7 weeks, HR kept updating me with minor details and informed me that the hiring team had not yet reviewed all applicants. After 6-7 weeks, and the holiday break, an auto-generated response was sent to me, stating that I was not selected to move forward in the application process. It seems that they were not in a rush to fill the maternity leave opportunity. Even a month after the rejection email, the position remains unfilled. Based on my experience, I would advise others to avoid this company.
