had a very short interview with manpower, had to do dexterity test and some iq test and typing test, many other things that I can not remember. I got the job though

I had two interviews before I was hired on. The first interview is over the phone. The second interview is either in person or over Webex. During the second interview you are will be interview by three supervisors for the same department, but different areas. I recommend having some questions for them towards the end of the interview and always remember to have self-confidence. The hiring process could take anywhere from two weeks to a month.
