Emailed for Initial Interview from HR. Met with IT group and reviewed job description and general discussion on job and company. Discussed my qualifications with entire group with emphasis on the job requirements. Met with IT manager 1-1 Met with HR Director 1-1 and was given personality test and opportunity to ask general questions about the company. Overall time in interview was 4 hours. After the interview I responded with Thank You letters and that was the last time I heard from the company. I sent in numerous emails to the HR dept and to the IT manager for additional information and was never responded too. I found that very unprofessional.
