There interview process was comprehensive, but not difficult. Everyone I interviewed with wanted to make sure I had an understanding of the mission of the company. Staff that participated in the interviews were leadership as well as peers. I like peer interviews. It gives an opportunity to ask more in depth questions.

I advanced smoothly through the recruiting process and had an excellent interview with the hiring manager, where my qualifications were a strong match. In fact, during that conversation, a more senior role was suggested as a better fit for my level of experience. The final interview with the Director of Market was a sharp contrast. The meeting started over 20 minutes late with no acknowledgment or apology, and the questions lacked structure and relevance to the role. I received a rejection email nearly a month later. I followed up requesting specific feedback to improve future applications for similar roles and received no response. The lack of professionalism and transparency was disappointing.
