I spoke to the recruiter on the phone to run through my experiences and see if I would be a good fit. Then she had a quick turn around and scheduled me to interview 1-on-1 with someone the next day. They were straight forward on the phone and told me I would then continue on. The next interview was a more in depth, three 30 minutes on video. The interview seemed to go really well and then after they said they would get back to me within the week. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard anything. I followed up with the recruiter I had been in contact with and she did not respond. Really unfortunate because I gave the interviews my all and its very disrespectful after 3 interviews to just leave a candidate hanging.
