There are 3 stages, first HR Interview, then User Interview, and Final Interview with C-Levels. The C-Levels wasn't kind of people I want to work with, they forcefully ask you to disclose your exact current salary even when if it was confidential.

The HR interview and User Interview are like normal interview, they ask you about your experiences. The Final Interview questions are about culture fit, but I won't accept the offer even if I got it
