      Colloquio per Technical Lead

      13 mar 2022
      Candidato anonimo a colloquio
      Hickory, NC
      Nessuna offerta
      Esperienza negativa
      Colloquio difficile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Alex Lee (Hickory, NC)

      Colloquio

I will say that this was my experience and I was interviewing out of state but still. The interview process was about 8 hours total. I had an interview with the hiring manager first then the other person I would be working with. Then 3 separate interviews with other upper management. One was conducted while the manager was in the car driving (which for me was completely unprofessional) turns out that manager wouldn’t really be working with the team I was interviewing for. Then they give you a 2.5 hour assessment that you need to complete and then end that off with a 1 hour interview with some psychologist who was the creator of the exam. This position was going to be for their corporate office. I eventually told them that I was no longer interested because this interview process was turning into a part time job and my work with my current employer was slacking. Word of advice trim down the interview process just a bit. This was completely unnecessary and you will miss out on good qualified candidates trying to be “certain” that you are making the right decision. This is a business not only for you but for the candidates and showing a lack of consideration for the candidates time reveals more about the company culture than you think.

      Domanda 1

If a HR user comes to you and says they entered in a position in the position table in PeopleSoft and entered an employee in that position but it is not on the job table what might of caused that?
