Meet with department managers then with Owners. Very conversational interview process. More like a meeting. One of the best interview processes. Take a personality test. Straight forward. You then will sit on the floor with the group getting to know the process of what you will be doing. Then you typically go home and think about it. If you want this job as in any sales job ask for it.

they really want to be sure it is a fit. They will try to talk you out of it which is interesting and pretty standard for recruiting. Simple straight forward questions.
