This company pulled my resume off an internet job board and asked if I may be interested in a position. Decided to express some interest and had a phone interview within a couple of days after filling out the application. Next I got was a phone interview for screening purposes. That interview was neutral. Two weeks later I got an email asking me to do a phone interview. This second phone interview was dull. The questions seemed to be the same but worded different. I also didn't feel as the questions focused on my ability to perform the job.
