Simple. Straightforward. Called and asked for the boss/owner. Finally, got him on the phone and asked if he was hiring. He was. I went in-person with resume inhand, and conducted "interview" (sales presentation) same day. I was hired the next day. (I was later told by a Sales rep. that the same owner rejected 10 other applicants before me.)
