My experience with AlgaeCal was built on four key pillars. It began with a brief initial screening process. Following this introduction, a formal phone interview, focusing on personality, behavior, and values. This was complemented by a thorough technical video interview with the Senior and Front-End developer lead, and the journey culminated in a meeting with two directors. This structured and multi-faceted interview process not only provided insights into my skills but also offered a holistic view of the company's vision and leadership. A highlight of my interview process was Alan's exceptional support. He guided me with transparency through each stage, answering questions without judgment.
