Several rounds, but during covid so it was virtual. Starts with an interview with HR and then you begin interviewing with the investment team working your way up through seniority levels. The last interview is with the CEO.
Easy phone interview with behavioural and motivational questions, recruiter immediately told me I had moved on to next round but never got back or replied to follow up emails etc
HR call followed by two 30 minute first round interviews. Overall not too difficult, mostly centered around a stock pitch and some behavioral questions that were quite standard. Will get asked detailed questions about the company pitches and some basic financial analysis.
