You need to be very detailed and technical mathematically. Do it in a very academically structured manner. That's what they're looking for. It's also more of a vibing interview with quite lot of subjectivity involved, nothing bad, but it might come out as you're either a fit or no-fit situation personality-wise.

I interviewed at Algoritma in April 2025 and had a positive experience overall. The process started with a CV screening, followed by an HR interview. I really appreciated how responsive the team was throughout the process—they got back to me quickly and, even though I wasn’t selected in the end, they actually sent a proper rejection rather than ghosting me. 10/10 HR
