Interview process was straight forward. First had interview with HR then with department supervisor. Asked basic questions, about my previous experience and why I wanted the job. Asked why I left my previous jobs
The interview process was welcoming. Interviewed first with the CNO. Interviewed with hiring manager and one other staff member on the unit. Process did not take long, very fast and efficient.

Easy. Basic questions. Interviewer did not seem to be interested in new grad, even though it said New Grad Welcome. They are only interested in nurses with past experience.
