I applied through college . The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Inf Alibaba in March 2017. Interview was bit easy and the topics for the group discussion was related to current affairs.

First was round was Group Discussion and then HR round.
Quite nice; interviewers are mostly locals but will assess Mandarin and English skills. Asked about past experiences and reviewed CV. Average interview process. easygoing vibe and everybody is quite chill

Interviewers not turning on their camera. It is quite weird cause I am turning on my camera. I feel like I am being interrogated inside Police Station.
For Chinese Interviewers, they speak Mandarin & seems not quite understand English.
