4 phone interview, the last one is HR interview. It's not the normal case, I asked someone to refer me internally so I skipped the written test part.
The first 2 phone screening is tech interview main asking you basic algorithm and data structures, and some questions about big data, map reduce that sort of thing.

three phone interview and a onsite interview with 4 rounds. And most important, there will be a HR interview, who has the right to kick you out..... The phone interview will mostly organized by the P7, so you should be honest about what you know and what you do not know.... Also, after the phone interview, you could try to ask whether you would pass the interview....
