      The interviewers were all kind and professional, and each conversation was conducted respectfully. However, the overall recruitment experience was disappointing. The process included too many interview rounds, and it turned out that the position had been posted without a confirmed headcount. After a long period of waiting for feedback, I was informed that there was actually no headcount available and the hiring process had to be terminated. This explanation felt unconvincing and raised doubts about the transparency and credibility of the company’s recruitment process.

      My recent interview experience with Alibaba Group was deeply disappointing and disheartening. From the outset, the atmosphere was unnecessarily stressful, and I felt a distinct lack of respect from the interviewers. I felt like I was subjected to a condescending lecture, filled with unsolicited and patronizing advice that was neither helpful nor relevant to the interview. Instead of a productive discussion about my skills and experiences, I received a sermon that left me feeling disgusted and disillusioned, with nothing of value to take away from the encounter. One of the most troubling aspects was the intrusive questioning about my personal life choices, particularly regarding my decision to pursue a Master's degree. Instead of focusing on my professional qualifications and fit for the role, the interviewers seemed intent on challenging and belittling my educational background. Their comments suggested that individuals with higher education are often unsuccessful in their careers, which I found both offensive and baseless. Moreover, the overall tone of the interview was hostile. Rather than engaging in a constructive dialogue, the interviewers created a toxic environment. This not only undermined my confidence but also made me feel attacked for no valid reason. The experience left me with a very negative impression of Alibaba Group's culture. Respect and professionalism are crucial in any workplace, and the behavior exhibited during my interview suggests a serious deficiency in these areas within the team I interacted with. I hope this feedback will prompt Alibaba Group to reconsider their approach to interviews and foster a more respectful and inclusive environment for future candidates.

Comments such as, "Why did you even bother getting a Master's degree?" and "People with degrees like yours usually suck at their jobs," were not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive.
