I had three interviews with Alida before getting kindly rejected. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, especially the Talent Coordinator I worked with. Only red flag is the fact that if I had passed the third interview, there would have been another 3~ interviews or so. I don't know why companies insist on doing so many interviews these days, but that's neither here nor there.
