It was a long and multi-day process involving an initial screening round, followed by a 3-hour proposal writing test with unclear instructions. The candidate will be allowed to surf the net during the test but the interviewer will be vague about what you can and cannot search.

They for initial english and logical reasoning test which was quite understandable but the online interview felt nothing more then formality. No subject specific experts or other stakeholders were present.

It was a very horrible experience. I suggest that nobody should ever try interviewing with them. In the third round, they asked me to do a technical test which was nothing challenging. A very mediocre-level slide deck was given to write a project rationale or executive summary. The HR then accused me of using AI and asked me to take a retest for an hour by sharing my screen. They do not have softwares to monitor the applicant's screen either, so I had to share my screen. They also did not want us to use AI, although, Big 4 firms are already using AI in their strategy development process. After the one-hour test, it was assessed by a single manager and they did not give any feedback after two years of the hiring process. I think their hiring process is biased and lacks professionalism as well as a skilled approach. Overall, based on the deck they presented, they do a low-level consulting job and the staff itself is not skilled to do the required task.
