The first step was an on-campus, in-person interview with a Benefits Solutions Specialist and manager. Second step was a site visit to the Atlanta office with two more in-person interviews and a lot of time for Q/As with current employees. Everyone was very nice and mostly easy to talk to.

1st round was an interview on the webcam and they asked me only behavioral questions, including why I am interested in this company and specific job and why does my background make me a good fit for the position. final round was in their office for 4 hours, with 2 behavioral one on one interviews and a small group interview with open questions.
