Selection process was done by NIIT in a college placement. Initial round was Aptitude followed by GD and psychometric tests.
After clearing initial rounds two level interviews were conducted in Alight .

Round 2 - Understand if you have basic understanding of SDLC,STLC, SQL and other basic software terms

A long interview process (4-5hours). I interviewed with two people. and then had a panel discussion with what would be future colleagues. Followed by dinner. This process was right out of college. I met with a representative at the college fair and got selected for an interview.
