The company uses the behavioral interviewing method to determine if potential candidates are a good fit. The idea is to assess culture fit with specific value based questions. They listened for the content of my answer, how easy it was for me to answer, and the response to being asked a question.

Why do you want to work here? Prior experience? How do you handle conflict? How do you encourage/promote change.
