Interviews consisted of both virtual and face to face. Submitted virtual interview and then received a call a couple days later from Recruiting for face to face interview. Face to face interview was with a Manager and Senior Representative.

What is a difficult client interaction that you had and how did you overcome it?
Did an assessment and wrote about my reasons for wanting to work with the company. It was not bad at all, and I got an offer for the position. Remember to ask about salary because it hard to get promote within the company.

Colloquio
For remote position there were Two interviews, first one is answering questions while video recording. You are given the option on each question to record your response three times before submitting. Second interview was over the phone.
