The interview process was extremely stress free. Use the STAR method and you will do great. The recruiters are friendly and are very responsive. The turn around time for a job offer is within a week or less. The start date is within a month.

The interview was simple. After applying, I got an invitation to do a self paced virtual interview. About 2 weeks after that I received an email letting me know that I would be receiving a call about my application. I received the call and was offered the job. The process was pretty simple and quick.

It took a while for the whole process to finish. Background check took almost a month, equipment arrived literally day of training . Very self explanatory it was a series of questions answered verbally or through text. Than received an offer letter 2 months later

Alight's interview process is fairly simple/easy. If I remember correctly there was a questionnaire portion that had to be submitted first as like a first round interview. Then, if selected, you schedule the video interview. The HR rep that interviewed me was really nice, very relaxed.

I don't remember verbatim but I do recall having to provide an example of how I would handle a customer escalation.
