There was an initial phone screen with HR and then there were 3 rounds of interviews virtually. This was with the EVP, Director, and then SVP. They had questions but made me feel comfortable. It was all pretty conversational.

Had several one-on-one interview sessions with several members of the clinical team. Everyone was exceedingly professional and courteous. During the pandemic the team transitioned to conducting virtual interviews. Due to the volume of people I met with, the process can be daunting.
