Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AlixPartners (Londra, Inghilterra)
Colloquio
Lengthy, multiple rounds, a lot of out of the box questions. Felt very one sided. The interviewer was nice but the whole thing felt very odd.
Many of the questions were repetitive and seemed to be focus on the wrong things. Didn’t get an offer and will not be applying again. Not the right fit for what I am looking for.

How would I handle booking travel that was out of policy, without asking your line manager?

I applied thru Indeed post.
First is recruiter interview then follow by Line manager, then Assessment Logical and Psychological and then Final interview wih of departement.
I took 3 months which is very long I was not getting any feedback you have to wait for long time before they respond back which is very frustrating, hello! atleast let us know what is currently status just ignoring email doesnt help and they will repy maybe after 3-4 follow ups, looks like you are applying for Management/Very Senior position. overall not good I had to decline due to long proces, yes I know salary is competitive but from what looks like they want a perfect candidate without doing any mistake at all its like you are above all

Took a long time and included over 5 interviews and multiple assessments. Was a through process and got to know the company well. The interviews were conversational and with multiple levels.
