I apply from career website, then recruiter contact me for schedule interview next week. First round was with Panel interview, decent person, and I feel the talk go smooth and easy. They tell me HR will reach out for next step. I wait one week, no call, no email. I think maybe they forget me, so I send mail to HR. Then very late night, around 9pm, HR suddenly send me schedule for interview next morning at 8:30am. I still accept. I wait on time, but no one call me at all. After this, I feel not good impression. For me, company process look not organized, not respect candidate time. Because of this, I decide no more apply here again.

Appreciated being considered for the role. Did not follow the typical strategy consulting process, found a bit of mixup in the set-up and what they were looking for/asking. Assessment Is difficult and included in the process but doesnt make any sense based on my opinion Decent process for organising the interview and providing feedback at the end.
