Decision making round: I was given a 20 page long technical project proposal document to analyze and point out pros and cons; past achievements and milestones, examples for good and bad project management, people management situations, communication capabilities with technical people, experiences, language test

3 rounds total, an assignment before the last one.
1st round: with HR manager, one hour talks about background and experiences. Remote interview. General questions and talks.
2nd round: with VP of engineering. One hour talks again but more detailed and focused in professional experiences. Remote but due to COVID.
3rd round personal with CEO, VP of engineering and Lead Architect. Prior, I had to submit an assignment about planning a specific feature-set. The evaluation was up to me in how detailed it should be and also what tols to use. There were two groups of questions. One was strictly profession related with well-defined problems and theoretical questions. The second part was technical, related to software development, reasonably difficult ones.
