Apply through website. If they like what they see you will have to take a couple online tests before moving to a f2f. If you score what they require on the tests then you move on and if you don't score in the range or or if the test doesn't match you with their desired results then it's over.

Having background in collection is a plus.. Have to score high on a personality test. Overall interview easy no hard questions . Very Basic. Phone interview with recruiter then meet with branch manger.
