Had an introductory call then was contacted via text to set up next steps, which was to be an in person interview with the owner. I provided my availability and e-mail and they were unable to set up a second interview. The owner passed on the responsibility to schedule the interview to someone else who never reached out to me to set anything up. They are clearly very serious about their time and hiring practices.
