Multiple rounds plus a presentation. Asked questions about past experience, strengths, weaknesses, and why you want to work there. Also asked questions about past scenarios and how you might handle something.

The interview process started off very smooth and easy, I made it to 2 interviews. The last interview was very last minute I accepted with being honored to be moving forward although they gave me less than 24 hours to prepare or didn’t even ask if I was available. It was just an invite through gmail. Anyways the “customer service lead” I believe her name was Alyssa sent me an invite to do a 30 minute questionnaire at the less than 5 minutes before my virtual interview. I had no knowledge it was even sent because I was advised this was an virtual interview through zoom. When I reached out to her (she only communicated through text) I advised her I wasn’t clear on the instructions because at this time i didn’t even know I had an email. I finally decided to check my email because she never responded and saw it. By that time I only had 20 mins to complete m. Next thing I know I receive an email advising me to please join the Zoom while I was still completing the questionnaire. When I logged on she told me they move forward m. I total waste of time. She was unprofessional and unorganized. Never explained the process, sent me instructions very last minute with out even communicating why she was doing and how the process was. Reached out to the First Lady that interviewed me no response. It might have been a blessing because this company is still trying to figure out operations. On top of that she sent me an email stating “as we discussed “ we never discussed anything! So she clearly thru me under the buss to protect her self! So not cool I wouldn’t recommend anybody to apply here
