The interview process had 3 main steps:
1. Initial interview
2. Online testing (personality & hard skills)
3. Follow up phone interview (next steps)
The interview process was very thorough. The interviewers were friendly and excellent communicators. It was clear that they wanted to make sure the candidate really understood the nature of the associate role as well as the company culture and core values. Overall, the interview process had a logical progression and, on a personal level, was a pleasant, low-stress experience.
