Paid for own flight to Denver to meet with owners to be lied too about every aspect of the job. They agreed to requested salary and then cut it almost in half once I started with no warning. Said I needed to do 90 days training in Dallas then I would take over the territory where I lived. Once I was done with 90 days they said that territory was not available and would not be for a long time and said I needed to stay in Dallas.

Quick, non-conventional. The recruitment process is clearly bulk. They bring in a mass of probability candidates and make selections based on a criteria probably proprietary to them. I'm a very competitive professional- goal driven, with long term plans, but was turned down, not that I can say I mind. They give off a vibe that seems almost cultish. You'll see, seems like a place that is fire happy as I continue to see the ads pop up for the same positions regularly.

They didn't ask much, was more of a sales pitch and he postured for me to ask questions. He did ask why I was looking into a new place of employment.

ask you about your last job and really short questions that requires only 2 sec of thoughts, not that hard tbh and you should really prepare for it nonetheless. I need 30 words on hiring process too so pls help me out.
