Asked standard questions then taken a sort of test who see your personality and choices. Was told I would receive a call back and never did, I called and after three times was finally given a reason why I wasn’t hired. I “just wasn’t a good fit.” I emailed them recently seeing how they are always hiring, I was told I was lying and there was no record of me ever being interviewed there. Absolute crap. Interviewer was judge-mental and rude.

Applied online and received an email that day and scheduled my interview. After the initial interview I had a working interview for a day in the field and then hired that day.
