I applied online and within 2 days I heard from Jex Judd who is the COO. Jex an initial phone interview with me yesterday and it was truly refreshing. I think it was the most honest and endearing interview I have ever had and it was fantastic. I don't know if I will receive a second interview, but I hope I do.
