Was invited to a group session where they discussed their products and then had activities where they would watch how you performed. This was followed by a 1-on-1 interview where you talked to a manager.

I attended a group interview, everybody stood for 2 hours from 5-7 pm there were no seats for the interview, many interruptions with staff coming in and out because we were in the way of the staff area. It began with the manager dividing the group into pairs to get to know each other then feed back to the group. The activities consisted of going with your pair around the shop floor to style an outfit for a well know instagramer going on holiday and the usual questions about customer service.

Send the cv in store, and then got the phone from all saints told me have interview in a week. The interviewer is manager of all saints and he is very kind, the interview was less than 30 mins.
