We firstly had to fill out a sheet with standard based questions then handed it in. We then got given a task in pairs to find an outfit under a budget and then present and say our reasons why. We also had a briefing about the role and asked us why do we feel like we could fit the role. They also just want to see your personality by how you interact and how you acted in the situation.

AllSaints is a world-recognisable brand with a sharp, individualistic character that distinguishes it from every other brand you will ever encounter. This does not only include all touchpoints AllSaints employees have with their customers, but also within the internal structure that drives the success of the company and that is, in its essence, the people working for this outstanding brand. I can say that my interview process, after being invited to a group one, was nothing like what I've previously had before. For now on, I have only had 1:1 interviews with managers when it comes to my applications to previous retail jobs; but this was done in the form of a dynamic group conversation with the manager of AllSaints' shop in Glasgow- Ms. Weston. Despite it being an interview for a role, this felt as a 3-hour game, as it was stated on the email describing the interview process. We were first given a brief introduction to AllSaints' values and what drives the brand; then, we proceeded to the first game where we had to pick 1 word of already given ones and say why we have chosen this particular one. Throughout the whole process, Ms. Weston would talk about why this particular trait each interviewee chose was significant for the company, given us more depth into our understanding of the company, all done in a very open, friendly and relaxing mode as our interviewer was a passionate individual that really transcended the idea behind AllSaints. Second game included working in teams of 2, where each group had to present how they would picture the touchpoints of customers across the whole brand experience would be. Mine was 'greet' one and we presented both the bad experiences we've had and an excellent one, that could be assigned to AllSaints' real case. Try and keep as close to AllSaints' values as possible and alway try and refer to real situations. Throughout the whole journey I felt welcomed and supported by the manager. Third game was probably the most delightful part of an interview I have ever gone through- we had to pick 1 piece of clothing and try to use as many adjectives that we thought were describing the luxurious AllSaints item as possible. It was very pleasing and this experience gave a lot of insight into the operations and core of the company.
