Spoke with a recruiterwhom sounded very promising moving to the next round. Then she just went ghost. Sent 3 follow up emails on feedback NOTHING. If you are going to interview someone dont string them along.

The interview process was thorough and interactive. It took about 1.5-2 weeks in total. I first had an initial meeting and was then invited to do a sales activity to ultimately show my thought process when prospecting, selling and supporting customers. I presented my sales activity in the next round of the interview and received feedback at the conclusion of that call regarding my presentation, sales style, etc.
