Laid back and easy going interview process. Wanted to know more about me as a person. Very friendly and it felt more of an introduction to the company then an interview.

Pretty laid back, I had a good deal of experience so was very casual. I feel they described the company well and have been pretty honest in what I should expect.

The interview was two questions:
1) Are you a good paramedic?
2) When can you start?
I wish I was making this up but that was literally it. The company is so hungry for employees they seemingly will hire anyone and everyone who has a state cert.
Do not let Hank bully you on pay. You know what you're worth, counter-offer their initial low ball offer and they'll usually come back with something stronger.
