Arrive 30 minutes early to chat with other candidates and make friends! When called to line up to start group interviews they give you a number you'll likely be partnered with the next number (in order from line up). There were about 30 of us, so a fairly large group. First we watched a presentation over the company and the role followed by Q&A. Break, then split into groups of 12. This was my favorite part, we recited our memorized passage, talked about how we aligned and use a core value (from a card under our sear), and worked in pairs to resolve a scenario (also a card under seat). After we had another break while the recruiters (almost all other flight attendants!) Deliberated on who was moving forward with 1:1s. I was there about 4 hours.

My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Colloquio
Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.
