I had a wonderful interview with flight attendant GiGi. Everything went smooth. Just want to make it a point that I'm not an employee. Glassdoor only gave the choice of current or past employee and what dates so I chose current employee . She was professional yet very easy going and personable. She made me feel relaxed and not pressured. We had a wonderful orientation and I met some really nice people from all over. Orientation was fun and interesting. We had a General orientation and then we were split up into groups after they decided who was to go on to the next part . We were to recite the lines we were given. We were given scenarios on cards under our seats and we were to explain what we would do in certain situations. If you made it past that part oh, you were given a face-to-face interview one on one. During the general orientation they did explain all the benefits, perks, safety issues and some training was explained. A general background of the company was given as well as a short video. I have done a lot of research on Allegiant and I truly believe this is a great fit for me considering my training and degree in the airline business. I am excited to learn everything there is to learn about being a flight attendant and growing with Allegiant airline and all flight crew! I'm super excited and pray that I get that call to move on to training in Las Vegas! I have flown Allegiant a few times and I've always had great experiences. No offer YET. After the interview, there is a waiting period of 1-2 weeks to hear if your going to Las Vegas for the 4 1/2 training period. Praying I go. It's my dream! My passion!

What is one company rule or regulation that you must follow but don't feel it's necessary or wish it did not exist something along those lines I can't remember what I answered
Thank you for your review. One key point is you did your research on us before attending the session which is great advice for other interviewees. GiGi is a new recruiter on the team and it is great to hear she made you feel at ease!

My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.

Video Interview is very easy and simple. They will give you 3 questions and you will have all the time and retakes for your answer. Good luck and hoping for the best to everyone.
