Two round process. I liked it because it was very informative and the hiring manager was authentic and direct and told me everything I needed to know before I joined the team. I think it was a fun and informative experience that helped me decide whether or not this was the best fit for me. You don't need to be hired before you find out if this is for you, the interview structure is setup in a way that will allow you to know if this is a that right position for you.

BEWARE!! INTERVIEW FOR THIS JOB IS VERY MISLEADING. I was told I would be making a base salary of 600 per week, yet when I asked about the hourly rate I was told it is 8.50 with possibility of commission. Base salary means the lowest you can possibly get for that week so that’s already a lie. Also I was never told in the interview that there is no benefits whatsoever and it is a full time job. If you are interviewing make sure you ask a lot of questions. Luckily I asked before I started and took another job over this one. There is no health benefits, PTO/vacation, or 401k plan. I’m really not sure what the plus side of this job even would be I mean it seems borderline sweatshop. Getting paid 8.50 an hour as a full time position with no benefits? No thank you I’d rather be a car salesman.
