The first two interviews went really well, but the final interview and getting the results of whether or not I got the job weren't. It didn't seem like the interviewees really cared about what I was saying in the interview, and the only reason I learned if I got the job or not is when I followed up, which I found unusual since usually if you get that far in interviews they follow up to let you know the result. Hopefully, this has changed, but I didn't want to apply again to a different role based on that experience.
