Got interview call from one the third party consultancy and scheduled the interview with allegion. There are two technical rounds and one managerial round followed a HR round. The interviewer’s are so professional and supportive to crack the logic on the go.

The Interview was taken By 2 persons. After the Interview the company HR said u have cleared the 1st round , have lunch and come back for 2nd Round. After I come back they say, panel is not available , interview will be scheduled later. The Next Day I check with the consultancy firm they say that the feedback is negative. Please Be transparent in your selection Process. Dont tell you have cleared and we shall schedule later.
