We attended a career's night at first, it was said as part of the interview as you have to show how you are going to engage in different social relationships and make an impression to the team. I think the career's night is a very good chance for fresh grads and people who are inexperienced in recruitment. The night is the first night that broaden my horizon on recruitment industry - and also the mentality u should have in the industry.
